Make Your Reservation
Start by making your 4WD rental car reservation. You can do this by emailing us at [email protected] or by using our online booking software on our website. If you book online, be sure to choose Bozeman Airport as your pickup location. All of your trip documentation will be completed while making your reservation. We will need you to send us a copy of your valid’s driver license and a copy of your motor vehicle insurance card.
Arrival to BZN Airport
Usually 24 hours prior to your arrival, we will ask for your flight information. We will track your flight and arrive at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport as you land. We will send you detailed instructions on where we are parked and how to get there. Once you meet us, we will walk you through how to operate your 4WD rental car. No dumb questions, we are there to help and we want to ensure your trip is spent looking at all the amazing things Montana has to offer, not trying to figure out how to use your 4WD rental. If you are arriving after hours, we will send you detailed instructions and photos. The key to your vehicle will be in a window-mounted lockbox on your specific 4WD rental vehicle. The code will be provided with your instructions. If you are renting a camping package that includes the use of a tent, we will pick you up from the airport and bring you back to the shop to walk you through how to use the tent and camping gear. In person instruction on tent use is mandatory to ensure you have the best experience while camping.

Vehicle Return
The return process is as easy as the pickup. Drop off your vehicle in the same parking lot as we met. We’ll do our best to meet you there to go over your 4WD rental and see how your trip went. If for some reason we can’t meet you at Bozeman International Airport, you can return the 4WD rental car to the same parking lot as we met, take pictures of the condition and location of the rental, and use the supplied lockbox to secure the keys. We will pick up the vehicle from there.
